CAllify - SaaS Online Mentoring System

Quick Start

How to register

To register as a Mentor or Mentee use the top right hand corner Get Stared button. as shown in the screen bellow.

Next Select Mentor or Mentee depends on your role.

Fill in the other fiedls as well.

You can add multiple skills as tags in the skills section. Please refer the above image.

Please make sure you read the Terms and conditions and privacy policy and mark the check box.

Once you register, a email will be sent with a verification code.

Enter the code In you email in the verification box. Refer the image bellow.

Verify Your documents

KYC verification

Upload your documents to verify your identity at the KYC secion in the admin panel. You can use National Identity, Passport or a Driving licance for this.

KYC Verification Documents

Make sure your document and face in this same frame when you take a selfie as instructed in the KYC form. Your account will be fully active and oparational with all the fetures once the documents are verified.

Login to you your account

Applicable to both Mentor and Mentee

Use the sign in button on the top right hand corner. The login screen will appear. Use your email and password to login.

You can click register if you are not already registed or click 'Forgot password ?' to reset the password.

Recover your password

Forgot your password or can not login ?

Click 'Forgot password ?' in the login form to reset the password. You will precented with a for to enter the email.

Enter the email you used to register with Callinfo. and hit submit. Next login to your email and check the password reset email in your inbox.

NOTE : If you can't find the email in inbox check the spam folder as it may have ended up in you spam section.

You should have got a email with a code (your new password) like in the following image

Use the code in your email as the password to login.

NOTE : Please makesure to get the code from your email. the code shown in above image is just a sample.
And change the password to a memorable one as soon as you logged in.

Reset your password

Settings >Change password

You can find the change password section once you logged in. Enter the old password first to verify it and enter new password twice.

NOTE : Use the password sent to your email if you did recover the password in a previous step.

Mentor Dashboad

YOur dashboad looks something like this. Click on the sections in the left sidebar and you will get the other options in the right

Manage Account Settings: If you want to add/change your name, email, phone, about, social links you need to go "Dashboard > Settings" section from left sidebar. you can manage all options here.

Manage mentorship Settings: If you want to add your schedule, skill, language, experience you need to go "Dashboard > Settings" section from left sidebar. you can manage all options here.

Manage Profile : 'Profile' section from dashboard sidebar mentee can update all of his personal information.

Mentorship Online Meetings

How to configer Zoom API settings.

Settings > Zoom API

Click on Create zoom App button as shown here.

Mentee Online Booking details

Manage booking : 'Booking' section from dashboard sidebar mentee can manage all of his booking & join the online meeting.

After booking a session mentees are redirecting to their panel so see all Session bookings.

Manage message : 'Message' section from dashboard sidebar mentee can see all of the contact he messaged.

Manage Favourite : 'Favourite' section from dashboard sidebar mentee can see all the mentors who are in his favourite list.

Mentorship Manage Payouts

✓ Manage Payouts: If you want to manage your payout settings you need to go "Dashboard > Payouts" section from left sidebar. you can manage all option here.
